Scope/Summary:
The Miramar College A-100 Remodel project will renovate the existing A-100 building and house the
Continuing Education
programs at the college. The project will include classrooms, assessment, counseling and parent education spaces in the existing 16,000 gross square feet facility. An outdoor play area for the parent education program will enhance the indoor learning spaces. This project is slated to achieve a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Silver certification.
