Scope/Summary:
The Facilities Services remodel involves the renovation of an existing one-story, concrete racquetball court for use as offices and storage for the Mesa Facilities Services department. The gross building area of this project is 12,600 square feet and includes a new light gauge steel structure to be constructed north of the existing building. The existing structure will house the office suite, with a conference room, break room, and equipment alcove; a utilities workshop; storage for custodial equipment, lighting, and daily use items; a flexible storage space; electric cart storage with charging stations; stock room; and laundry facilities. The new structure will include storage for landscaping tools and materials and additional electric cart storage with charging stations. Landscape and hardscape site improvements will also be included.
