Scope/Summary:
The “P” building project involved the complete renovation of an existing two-story concrete gymnasium building. The work included installation of solar panels, interior and exterior demolition, interior partitions, a curtain wall system, ceilings, mechanical and electrical systems and fixtures, plumbing systems and fixtures, a new roofing system, and enhanced architectural finishes. Exterior work included enhanced Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) access and parking upgrades.
