Scope/Summary:

The project consisted of two phases:

Land acquisition of the parcel (and building) adjacent to the existing District Service Center(DSC).
Remodel of the acquired building to provide for expanding facility maintenance needs.

The existing warehouse building was remodeled to contain maintenance storage, workspace, and office space consisting of roughly 20,000 square feet. Additionally, upgrades to the existing DSC restrooms were made to comply with applicable codes and associated site work.
