Scope/Summary:
 
The Fire Technology & EMT Training Center consists of approximately 26,000 square feet of new construction and serves as a classroom and active training center for the District’s Fire Science and Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) programs. It includes lab support space, staging for equipment, and classrooms and offices. The outdoor training center includes a drill tower. The project is on track for a LEED Silver certification.
