Plans and specifications for projects estimated at $200,000 or under are available on CDs prepared by the District’s Facilities Management staff.  These can be requested by phone and picked up during regular business hours. Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for Propositions S & N projects are also be available on CDs. Interested firms are encouraged to contact the District to confirm their availability for pick up.  

 

Project plans and specifications are also available for review at no cost at the San Diego Contracting Opportunities Center (SDCOC). The SDCOC provides a physical plan room where contractors may prepare takeoffs as needed.
